Tracy
L. Kahl, D.O.
Dr. Kahl
received her undergraduate degree from Westmar University in
LeMars, Iowa. She attended medical school at Des Moines
University in Des Moines, Iowa, and graduated in May of
2000. Dr. Kahl completed her family practice residency at
Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines in June of 2003.
Dr. Kahl is board certified in Family Practice Medicine and is a
member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the
Iowa Medical Society.
She joined
the Manning General Hospital Medical Staff in August 2003.
She currently practices at the Manning Family Healthcare Clinic in
Manning.
Her special
interests include: women’s health and obstetrics, sports
medicine, and preventive medicine for all ages.
Susan
A. Hornback, D.O.
Dr. Susan Hornback is the
newest physician to the Manning Family Healthcare Clinic, joining in August 2007.
Dr. Hornback completed medical school at Des Moines University.
She also graduated from the Iowa Lutheran Hospital Residency Program
where she was awarded the Dr. Greg Smith scholarship for compassion,
competence and excellent bedside manner.
She is Board Certified in Family Practice with special interests in women’s health,
obstetrics, children’s health, minor procedures, and colonoscopy.
